Ruymán Barceló, Samuel González, Anastasiia Smirnova and Karen Isaakyan (Nairi Herbs) work as a team to offer the best service to the public. Those who require either acupuncture or plants treatment can perform, if necessary, a preliminary study for a diagnosis by Ruymán. He may propose acupuncture treatment sessions, of which he will participate whenever he is around. His students will be responsible for ensuring the weekly care of each patient, maintaining the right treatment plan.

Regarding herbal medicine, Ruymán will take full responsibility for his guidance in case to be needed. In a first consultation, the patient will be assisted and the corresponding diagnosis will be made. Subsequently, a detailed prescription (plants, quantities, etc.) will be written. In the following session, the treatment will be explained in a personalized way: times, decoction procedures, dietary guidance and different types of therapeutic advice.

Follow-up is essential: it can be in person or by video call, once every ten days, or on a monthly basis, depending on the circumstances of each single case. His students will be glad to assist and care for the patients.
